We have exciting career opportunities for Registered Nurses to work as integral members of our multi-disciplinary team, supporting adult patients with eating disorders and mental health conditions. Registered nurses are a critical component in the delivery of our model of care. Your professionalism, skills and values will ensure that our culture and practice support the development of safe spaces, within which patients feel able to challenge those issues which bind them to their eating disorder.
We currently have positions for Registered Nurses at Charge Nurse, Senior Staff Nurse and Staff Nurse levels: Experience of working with eating disorders is desirable but not essential as training and ongoing support will be given.
Charge Nurses: NHS equivalent Band 7 negotiable depending on Experience.
Deputy Charge Nurse: NHS equivalent Band 6/7 negotiable depending on Experience.
Senior Staff Nurse: NHS equivalent Band 6/7 negotiable depending on Experience.
Staff Nurse: NHS equivalent Band 5/6 negotiable depending on Experience.
Care and Support Staff
We have exciting career opportunities for care and treatment (C&T) support staff: at entry and experienced levels, to work as integral members of our multi-disciplinary team. Delivering excellent and compassionate care will be core to the role, however we also expect that you will work towards being able to support our clinicians in the delivery of agreed treatment protocols, such as working with patients to develop important coping strategies. Supporting families and visiting professionals will also be a key feature of this role and as such we will be looking for excellent interpersonal communication and social skills.
We have positions for Care and Treatment Support staff at entry and experienced grades. Experience of work with this group of patients is desirable but not essential. All staff will be required to complete a comprehensive induction program and ongoing training and development support will be available.
Senior C&T Support Staff: NHS equivalent Band 3/4 negotiable depending on Experience.
C&T Support Staff: NHS equivalent Band 2/3 negotiable depending on Experience.
We are 'inspired' by a recovery based model of care and treatment delivered by a multi-disciplinary team. Our catering staff are integral members of the team and work closely with our dietician, nurses and medical staff to deliver high quality and varied nutritious meals.
We are looking to appoint an experienced cook/chef. The individual appointed must be able to deliver consistently high quality varied menus that meet the needs of all our patients, for example, vegetarians, vegans and those with specific religious requirements. You must be a team player and be willing to ensure that we provide a respectful, safe and caring environment at all times.
Salary: Negotiable-in the range of £10.50-£13.50 per hour
